Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Snap & Go mobile application (the "App"), provided by Infinite Financial Services LLC ("IFS," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Snap & Go is a tool that allows you to record, organize, and generate summary reports of business and personal income and expense data that you enter yourself, including data captured via receipt photos, uploaded documents, and manually entered figures. The App also generates convenience outputs such as an IRS Schedule C-formatted report and QuickBooks-compatible exports based on the data you provide.
Snap & Go is a recordkeeping and organizational tool. It is not a substitute for professional tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Nothing in the App constitutes such advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional, accountant, or attorney regarding your specific tax filing obligations and financial decisions.
All reports, summaries, totals, and generated forms (including but not limited to Schedule C reports, monthly/quarterly/annual summaries, and QuickBooks exports) are based solely on the data you enter into the App. The App does not independently verify, validate, audit, or reconcile this data against your actual bank records, receipts, invoices, or other source documents. We make no representation or warranty that any report or output generated by the App is accurate, complete, or suitable for tax filing or any other purpose without your own independent review.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Snap & Go offers a free 30-day trial with full access to Pro-level features, no payment card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription, purchased on the IFS website (not within the App). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis at the price shown for your selected plan at checkout, and renew automatically at the then-current price for that plan and billing interval until you cancel.
Prices exclude applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for any partial billing period. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the period you've already paid for; after that, your account moves to read-only access — you can still view and export everything you've recorded, but cannot add or edit expenses, income, mileage, businesses, or bank connections until you resubscribe. We never delete your data solely because a subscription lapses.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal date.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.
The App may allow you to export data to or connect with third-party services (such as QuickBooks Online, and in the future, bank account connections via services such as Plaid). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR REPORTS GENERATED WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Financial Services LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion feature, where available.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
